If I understand correctly, Phabricator is an enterprise software and every repository is handled by an evil clan of repository administrators. These repositories are usually not edited directly by their developers because they could hide their repository by mistake (changing its Visibility) or setup broken mirrors or enable and disable weird options.

As part of the technical lead, you have access to all of the servers. You also have the ability to +1 other access requests.

First of all, I need access to wipe the database on request of users on the “reserved” server.

I have, regretfully, removed his access from all other clusters/servers.

I’d say this becomes void when he either becomes a Cloud C member or when he gets an elevation of access.

Although I am not part of the Engineering team, I do have access to give access to members.
