The day 2024-06-24 I gave my iron to "Zara Service", Piazzale Istria n. 4. VAT 016080552 by Orsi Mario, for a repair, and I obtained a receipt.

They said that 1 week was needed. I said "OK".

Then, after a week, they said another week was needed, to obtain a replacement.

After that moment, I started to call every two days, without obtaining any response.

Today, the shop is listed as "closed forever". I called the central Bosh call center and they said that this is NOT an official Bosh center.

WTF.
