I've not found a way to extract the old single-use destroyed plastic bolts. They just fallen inside the WC ceramic and are now part of the internal dark ceramic structure :P
Time invested to remove the old stuff, trying to extract the plastic bolts: 20 minutes
Time really necessary to remove the old stuff, don't caring about old plastic bolts, leaving them inside the structure: 3 minutes
Time invested to carefully install the new stuff: 10 minutes.
Final thougts:
The old seat was heavier than the new one, somehow in a positive way. I understand some reviews about this point now. Comfortable enough.
