Unable to save a News freshly converted from a Media

Description

As default the pre visibility days are zero and the form can't be submitted because the constraint is >1. This affects administrators.

We were not able to submit the form. The user user have to know that you have to open the "Advanced options" settings to see the browser warning, that is hidden otherwise:

Also: Sometimes the pop up of the calendar for the news' date does not remain open --> noticed in a conversion from a media (← If confirmed, please create another task for this).
