Auto-generate DKIM key

Description

Actually the DKIM generation is done by a command line interface script.

A daemon should create DKIM keys, maybe when the Domain is created.

A field in the Domain table should indicate if the DKIM table was created or not.

I discovered that it's very easy to reuse a DKIM keys and we do not have to necessarily create a damn DKIM key for each domain. So I will wontfix this. asd
