This is an umbrella task covering everything that can be done from our side to unlock this situation. Assigning this a low priority since we have no fucking clue about how to change the behavior of this service provider. This is the error code: ``` Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [51.195.103.206] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [DM3NAM03FT031.eop-NAM03.prod.protection.outlook.com] ``` WARNING: Hotmail does not have any real help desk. The official one is a fucking bot.
