Fix status and navigation bar colors, fix open by intent
Summary:
- Fix status and navigation bar colors in day and night mode on Xiaomi devices (because they follow different rules than standard android)
- Make scanning by QR code (or another intent) working again (fix T1446)
Test Plan:
- Check that system (top) and navigation (bottom) bar colors are consistent and legible
