At the moment the Telegram bot does not say the patch name. Example:

See "Prune stuff" instead of "Rewrite GTT arrivals parser to use Volley":

LOL if a diff "LOL" contains 5 commits, and if the last one is "ASD", then only "ASD" is shown

Probably we should use this API to get title, author, etc.
