When an User creates some content, and only after he is included into an Usergroup, the permissions are not inherited.
This cannot be fixed, but for the administrators it should be easy to fix these permissions without becoming a member of that Usergroup.

Now an administrator can just visit the Usergroup lists:
https://atlas.landscapefor.eu/usergroup-list.php
Then pick an Usergroup, and click on "Set" (or "Imposta").
Then going to the POI list will preserve the Usergroup context, so we can save the right permissions to the POI.
