In normal conditions this feature is usually useful only once (1 time) for the entire app lifetime, or zero times. So, showing this feature every single day in the side menu is probably overkill.

In development conditions, that feature is maybe precious: Are you trying to speedup development? if yes, I understand, but maybe still overkill for normal users.

In normal conditions, I expect everyone already expecting to find these things in the advanced options.
