Description

Actually it's impossible to enter inside Brainy.

We just need to backup everything and dismiss the server.

Opened ticket.

Gandi restored the emergency console to the ramdisk recovery mode, but we are still unable to login via SSH when the system is up using public keys.

Still unable to access. Sent another ticket with the full reproduce issues to their emergency console.

Replied to the ticket. Waiting for resolution.

Cannot work on it. The related servers are freezed because of billing problems.

Still unable to login. Wrote again to support.
