The website needs support for Event and Conference federation.

For example:

• it should be allowed to keep track of Conferences and Events that happens in other websites
• in the User page, it should be allowed to display external links to the external Events
• in the Conference page, we should not display external links to other conferences (but maybe in some cases yes - for example to link the national Linux Day)
