At the moment only Phabricator administrators can invite people in Phabricator:
Note that it does not exist any "Can invite users" in the People component:
It would be amazing to be allowed to tune that permission, for example in order to allow registered users to invite other people.

Maybe should be an acl group (acl*inviters), rather than all users that are registered.
I've proposed a patch upstream!
I consider this as "all actions are done from our side". I mark as resolved since this will be resolved once the change will be approved and once we will upgrade, one day.
I've no intention to keep a local fork, for just this feature. So, let's wait! lol
