Since you are so good, here is a new request:
we need on our MediaWiki a new user group called "Direttivo" and a new namespace called "Direttivo". The new namespace should be visible (and editable) to members of the new user group and to no one else.

It seems this wiki already has a custom namespace and it's assigned on ID 3000, and 3001 for its talk pages.
Following the guidelines I think we would allocate ID 3010 and 3011 for this new namespace.
@Yiyi What about permissions for talk pages? Should talk pages be available for registered users?
