As part of the technical lead, you have access to all of the servers. You also have the ability to +1 other access requests.

First of all, I need access to wipe the database on request of users on the “reserved” server.

I have, regretfully, removed his access from all other clusters/servers.

I’d say this becomes void when he either becomes a Cloud C member or when he gets an elevation of access.
