This file is about how the ILS Help Desk works.

1. Someone writes to the assistenza at linux dot it email address.
2. A daemon running the Phabricator inboud e-mails using IMAP handles the incoming email and create a Maniphest Task
3. The Herald rule {H8} put the ILS Help Desk both as project tag and as subscriber, in order to put the task in our workboard and also receive an email about that new task
