Grazie tante Valerio, ero poi riuscito a risolvere tramite Ubuntu stesso

dovresti avviare il Mac in modalità OperFirmware: Al boot premi Alt + Apple + O + F, tutto ciò finché non compaiono le scritte nere su sfondo bianco.
