AFAIK in these situations these problems are just fixed (very quickly) by itwiki's sysops, but we have Stewards as well.

I have, regretfully, removed his access from all other clusters/servers.

I’d say this becomes void when he either becomes a Cloud C member or when he gets an elevation of access.
