When checking arrivals, there should be a warning if a stop is affected by an Alert from GTFS RT.

In practice, we need to:

• Monitor for the presence of alerts of the stop
• Show an icon to press to see them
• Adapt the DialogFragment already written for the lines (T1165) to see the ones of the Stop.
